June Members’ Forum

Ken Sharpe (Kadota) and a Mystery Guest (???) will be our Member-In-Focus guests at this month’s meeting.  Both are looking forward to their time with us in the MBN spotlight, so please make the effort to come along to our Forum and tap into the experience and knowledge of these two members.

The professional development theme for the June Members’ Forum is Play to Win and we will, no doubt, have an interesting and competitive development activity in store for us.

Here is a quick recap for those who were part of our great session last month … and a heads up on what you missed for those who couldn’t make it …

It was great to learn at the May MBN Member-Only Forum of the successful contacts members are making and the relationships they are building with their member colleagues.   The value in personally connecting with each other was clearly reinforced and a worthy reminder to us all!

Many thanks to our Member-In-Focus interviewer, Peter Blasch (Maverick Mentoring), and guests Chris Cahir (Bendigo Bank) and Kay Morton (Lead to Thrive) for their contributions.  We all enjoyed learning more about each of you and your business.

And for those who were not able to join us, but would like to test your strategic planning progress … our Business Check-Up exercise revolved around consideration of the following :-

• What would you change today that would improve your business?
• What are 3 goals you are working to complete now?
• What are 3 new goals you have set for the next 90 days?

These are great questions to reflect on – and to move forward with!
